Goodfellas

Are you learning English? Would you like to practice with a native speaker? Our English Club series will feature a film-screening and post-film discussion, our last session with our regular host Shant.
On Monday, October 3rd, we will be screening Goodfellas, an American Crime-Drama which follows Henry Hill, an American gangster, as he works his way up the ranks of the Italian Mafia from the 1950s through the 1980s. Afterwards, we will analyze the characters, discuss the themes presented throughout, and discuss the rise and fall of the central character, Henry Hill, while laughing, eating cookies, and drinking tea. We hope to see you there!
Our host will be Shant Tamazian, a half-Armenian and half-Peruvian native English speaker from the United States. He is volunteering in Yerevan with Birthright Armenia, and loves to have discussions about the stranger things in life.
Entrance is 1000 AMD, including AEON's usual drinks and snacks.
