Ֆիլմը մի ընտանիքի պատմություն է։ Գործողությունները տեղի է ունենում 2007 թվականին՝ Չենիայում։ Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումը Չենիան կանգնեցնում է նոր խնդիրների առաջ` տնտեսական փոփոխություններ։ Երեխան զբաղվում է նկարչությամբ, մայրը սիրում է այգեգործություն և ծաղիկներ։ Հայրը փորձում է մտնել կինոյի աշխարհ։ Բնակարանի սեփականատերը, ով չափազանց ագահ մարդ էր, բարձրացնում է բնակարանի վարձավճարը։ Ընտանիքն ընդամենը 30 օր ունի, որպեսզի իրենց սուղ ֆինանսական միջոցներով կարողանա նոր բնակարան գտնել։ Իրենց մոտոկցիկլետով նրանք մրցարշավ են սկսում ժամանակի և ամեն տեսակի նախապաշարմունքների դեմ։

TO LET is the story of a couple with a child. It takes place in 2007 in the Indian city of Chennai which is experiencing a real estate boom as a result of an exponential development of the IT sector. The child likes to draw, the mother likes plants and flowers. Dad tries to break into the world of cinema. The owner of their accommodation a little too greedy for a higher rent, dishes out the door. They have only thirty days to find new housing with their modest middle-class income. On their mopeds they start a race against time and all kinds of prejudice.
Zeziyan Ran created his film after working as an operator on 10 films. It is true, the film is Indian, but it does not have scenes from national cinematography, national songs, and so on. The film has little use of music, the director has allowed the viewer to feel the natural noise of Chenia streets. She hopes that her film will be of interest to feature films in India.

Զեզիյան Ռան 10 ֆիլմում օպերատոր աշխատելուց հետո ստեղծեց իր ֆիլմը։ Ճիշտ է, ֆիլմը հնդկական է, բայց զուրկ է հնդկական ֆիլմերին բնորոշ կռվի տեսարաններից, ազգային երգերից և այլն։ Ֆիլմում երաժշտություն քիչ է օգտագործվե, ռեժիսորը թույլ է տվել որպեսզի դիտողը զգա Չենյաի փողոցների բնական աղմուկը։ Նա հույս ունի, որ իր ֆիլմով գեղարվեստական ֆիլմերի հանդեպ Հնդկաստանում հետաքրքրություն կառաջացնի։
