Workshops by Alec Williams

On 27 and 28 November, British Council Armenia will host Alec Williams - an internationally-known storyteller, trainer, presenter and speaker in Armenia to deliver public talks and training sessions for English Language teachers working in primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors in Armenia.
Alec Williams is a UK trainer, speaker and storyteller with a background in children’s books and libraries. He trains and tells stories both in the UK and internationally; in 2015 alone he has worked in Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, Greece, Egypt, and Portugal – along with many engagements in the UK. He’ll be speaking at IATEFL’s 50th conference next year.
Alec Williams during his visit will deliver four sessions on the following topics: 'Reading for Pleasure: Why it’s Important, and How to make it Happen', 'Storytelling', 'Reaching Reluctant Readers – Ideas across the Age Range', 'Reading for Pleasure throughout the Year – using Libraries, Media and IT'.
The entrance is free. However, you need to fill the registration.

Նոյեմբերի 27-ին և 28-ին Բրիտանական խորհուրդը հյուրընկալում է միջազգային ճանաչում ունեցող հեքիաթասաց, դասընթացավար և խոսնակ Ալեք Ուիլիամսին, ով անցկացնելու է հանդիպումներ և վերապատրաստումներ անգլերեն լեզվի ուսուցիչների համար: Հանդիպումը բաց է նաև բոլոր հետաքրքրվողների համար:
Ալեք Ուիլիամսն անգլիացի դասընթացավար է, հեքիաթասաց և խոսնակ՝ մանկագրության և գրադարանավարության ոլորտներում ունեցած մեծ փորձով:
Նա դասընթացներ է անցկացնում և պատմություններ պատմում թե՛ Անգլիայում և թե՛ այլ երկրներում: Միայն 2015 թվականին նա աշխատել է Վիետնամում, Թաիլանդում, Բանգլադեշում, Հունաստանում, Եգիպտոսում և Պորտուգալիայում: Հաջորդ տարի ելույթ է ունենալու IATEFL-ի հիսուներորդ համաժողովին:
