Public Lecture "British and American mentality: Phrases, Essential vocabulary, Essays
There are tremendous cultural differences between the US and the UK, despite having many similarities. One of the largest ones we saw here is Language.
People talk different, and not just in the accent or the words, vocabulary and phrases, but the general tone and meaning, .
The US and the UK have different ways of making friends, finding jobs, interacting at the office. The social system is also different and along with that there are big differences in religious, education, politics, units and measurement and so on.
You are kindly invited to a Public Lecture, where you will learn what does it mean to have an "American or British mentality", how do they think differently from those of other countries and some other characteristics of different phrases, vocabulary and essay writing.

•Venue: British Centre of the City Central Library after Avetik Isahakyan.
•Admission Fee: This lecture is free for the library readers. Others who are interested to join can register in library as well.
