EBRD SME Finance Training
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) SME Finance and Development Group in Armenia initiated a three day training course on “SME Finance” for financial consultants which will take place in "Armenia Marriott" hotel from 26th -28th October, 2016.
This highly applied and interactive course has been specifically designed with the needs of the Armenian consultants in mind, within the context of the SME business climate in Armenia.
SME Finance training will be conduct by Lead Expert Consultant, Professional Trainer and Lecturer Juan Gamecho who is a professional finance trainer with over 20 years of banking experience in both developed and emerging markets across the world. For the past 10 years he has been training professional banking and finance executives across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, Southern Africa and China.
After three days of attending the course, the delegates will be able:
-to read and understand the three principal financial statements of any SME or major corporate company focusing on the interrelationship of the company’s Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statements
-to use ratio analysis of the financial statements to understand the key financial drivers affecting the potential client, as well its overall credit risk and any early warning signals that might indicate financial problems facing the company
In addition, the course covers an overview of the principles of debt and equity financing as well as in depth analysis of different types of debt and equity financing instruments. This will allow the delegates to understand which forms of structuring and financing would be most appropriate for the client companies that they are analysing.
The training will be in English and knowledge of language is required. The training course participation fee is EUR 150.
