It's time to take a chance and be a part of an extraordinary evening organized at "Raffaello" Restaurant in assosiation with Karas Wines .
During the event 4 types of Karas wines will be represented to our guests and each of them will be accompanied by delicious Italian dishes prepared by an professional Chef invited from Italy specially for this event.
Here you will have an opportunity to enjoy the flavor of Armenian and Italian mixture of wine and food .
What to expect during the Evening:
4 course served menu with the variety of Karas Wines.
Starter:
Warm appetizers selection
(Vol au vent selection, assorted canapes, tartlets combination, vegetables soufflé mignon, quiche with spinach) accompanied by Karas Extra Brut
Duo of First courses:
Home made potato and pumpkin “Gnocchi” in spiced pork reduction and cabbage sauce.
“Tortelloni” with wild mushrooms filling in truffle aromatic sauce both accompanied by Karas White Wine
Second Course:
Beef fillet “Tagliata” with Karas red wine reduction with thyme potato in balsamic vinegar sauce accompanied by Karas Red Wine Reserve
Dessert:
Homemade tart with wild berries and hot vanilla cream accompanied by Karas “Dyutich” Sweet (Muscat Ottonel)
Before each wine tasting Karas Wines will make a little presentation of the wine representing its specifics of flavor and use.
The event will be accompanied by Live music.
