Խրախուսել vol. 1 (Screening Club)

In collaboration with #Article3, The Center for Legal Initiatives is excited to host our first volume of "Խրախուսել", a biweekly screening and discussion club focused on bringing thought-provoking human rights documentaries to the Yerevan community. With free admission, we welcome anyone interested to join us and meet like-minded folks!
WHAT:
First up is the 2015 film by Davis Guggenheim, He Named me Malala, covering the inspirational story of Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai. The film follows the barriers Malala faces as an activist, the unhindered will she possess to advocate for women’s rights, and the unwavering support of her father. After the viewing we will host a half hour discussion session to reflect upon the films themes, meaning, and implications toward our own daily experiences.
DURATION: 90 minutes, followed by 30 minute discussion

English with english subtitles
This will be a great opportunity to improve or practice your english!
