Strategic & Operational Project Management Info-Day
Armenian-Indian Center for Excellence in ICT (AITC) and Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) are happy to announce the start of “Operational Project Management by using MS Project Office 2013” training on September 23 at 7:00 pm.
The training and the info session will be delivered by our highly qualified and PMP® certified trainer Marine Ghahramanyan.
#DESCRIPTION
This course provides an understanding of essential terminology and applies basic PM tools and techniques to increase your effectiveness both on the team and in your own functional area. The course is specifically designed to focus on the practical application of Project Management concepts by using MS Project 2013.
This course is intended for professionals having little and /or no project management experience or those who are involved in projects but do not manage them, and also higher-level students.

COURSE #OUTCOMES
In the end of this course participants will be able to:
Learn and apply basic elements of PM to their job to support project success,
Validating project requirements against the SMART Tool,
Identifying and aligning the project stakeholders,
Evaluating the project charter,
Define the project scope and benchmark its milestones,
Understanding and creating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
Organize your project by specifying which activities to implement and the necessary resources and accurately estimating project activity.

Duration: 16 hours / 8 days
Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Fee: AMD 40 000 (for the entire level)
Participants’ pre-requisites: No background knowledge needed.
